Delivery and Payment Method
Upon order confirmation, we will contact you by phone to confirm your details and address any queries you may have. Your rug will then be carefully packaged and dispatched in optimal conditions for delivery to your door within 48 hours.
Payment is made upon delivery, in cash, with the option to inspect the rug before payment. This service is completely free and applicable only in Morocco.
For orders outside Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once the payment is received, we will proceed with the shipment of your order.
