Do your pendant lights come with bulbs?

Most of our pendants use standard E26/E27 or G9 sockets. Bulbs are not included unless stated on the product page — we recommend warm-white LED bulbs (2700K–3000K) for the most flattering glow.

Are your lights compatible with US electrical systems?

Yes. All our pendant lights are wired for standard 110–240V systems and work in the US, Canada, EU, and UK.

Can I install these myself?

If you're comfortable replacing a light fixture, yes — each pendant includes standard ceiling-canopy mounting. For hardwired installations, we always recommend a licensed electrician.

Can the cord/cable length be adjusted?

Yes — nearly all our pendants ship with an adjustable cord (typically 1–1.5m) that can be shortened during installation to your desired drop height.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if my light arrives damaged?

We pack every fixture carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.

Are marble pendants really unique?

Yes. Natural marble veining varies from slab to slab, so your pendant's pattern will be one of a kind — similar to the product photos, but never identical.
